Venezuela publishes order on creation of a joint venture with Rosneft

On April 23, 2013, the Venezuelan Government published the order on creation of a joint venture between Rosneft and a subsidiary of PDVSA.
The order was published in issue 40.151 of the official governmental edition Gaceta Oficial.
At the beginning of April of 2013, the agreement on creation of this joint venture was ratified by the National Assembly of Venezuela.
