Gazprom to purchase 92% of Kamchatgazprom from Rosneftegaz for 2.9 billion rubles

The Gazprom’s Board of Directors has approved the purchase of 92.25% of Kamchatgazprom from Rosneftegaz for 2.85 billion rubles, the holding company reports.
