“Rosneft” needs $14 billion to complete an updating programme of oil refineries. It is said about in a presentation of the company, prepared before the Day of the Investor.
I.Sechin, the president of “Rosneft” noted there has been already invested $9 billion. “The large-sized equipment and the facilities with long lead time have been contracted. There has been built and reconstructed 16 facilities since the start of an updating programme,” he said.
