New draft legislation on an appliance of a special calculation formula for export customs duties on superviscous oil for new fields to be introduced to RF State Duma

There has been introduced draft legislation to the State Duma, according to which they suggest to establish a 10-year period for the preferential customs duty on heavy oil for new fields.
