Lukoil has bought Severo-Yeguyakh site in Khanti-Mansi autonomous area

The Federal Subsoil Use Management Agency has announced the results of the tender for the granting of the rights for geological prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the Severo-Yeguyakh site in the Khanti-Mansi autonomous area. The winner is Lukoil Western Siberia that made a single time payment at a rate of 135.3 million tons compared to the starting payment of 123 million roubles. The site was tendered for the second time. The previous tender held in 2010 failed. The site extractable reserves are 6.6 million tons by C3. Prospected extractable reserves are 2.1 million tons by D1 and 0.4 million tons by D2.
