Norwegian Ministry of Energy refuses to comment on oil negotiations with Russia

The Norway's Minister of Energy Tord Lin hasn’t commented on the details of the alleged negotiations with Russia on freezing of the oil production. On Saturday, the head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak said that he had plans to hold consultations with colleagues from Norway and Mexico on the freezing of the oil production at the level of January 2016.
