The tariff for oil transportation via the Baku - Novorossiysk oil pipeline has been set at 453.95 rubles per ton, the cost of the transit was coordinated by Transneft and the Federal Tariff Service.
On February 18, SOCAR and the Russian company Transneft signed a new agreement on oil transportation via the Baku – Novorossiysk pipeline.
Experts drew attention to the closeness of the oil transit agreement, primarily the lack of information about the terms and rates.
