The Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation requested to create an interagency commission to eliminate the administrative barriers in subsoil management, the department message states.

The structure of the new commission will include heads of the relevant departments of the RF Ministry of Natural Resources, Rosnedr and other departments. In addition, the big mining companies will be invited to participate in the work of the Commission: OAO "Gazprom", JSC "NK" Rosneft", JSC "Surgutneftegas", JSC "Lukoil", JSC "Tatneft", etc.
