PJSC "Gazprom" has increased direct stake in "Gazpromneft" from 90% to 95.68%, "Interfax" with reference to the oil company reports on Monday, November 23.
The increase was due to the share package of the Dutch subsidiary of the Gazprom Finance BV concern, the agency informs.
