Syzran oil refinery is going to carry out the second stage of its upgrade

The Syzran oil refinery has participated for the first time in the 7th specialized exhibition ‘Oil production. Oil refining. Chemistry’. The enterprise has demonstrated there its achievement and one of the commodities’ sorts, Euro-5 diesel fuel.

The CEO of Syzran oil refinery, K. Stezhko says that the plant demonstrates at the exhibition its ability to produce motor fuel of Euro-5 ecological standard, and has successfully met the target.

However the colleagues are interested even more in upgrading at Syzran oil refinery being immense even under Rosneft’s standards.

The Syzran oil refinery began its first stage in 2007, and in 2011-2012 it began production of fuel under the standards of Euro 3, 4 and 5. The second stage will be completed in 2017 when they gradually complete launching of oil technological utilities.
