Rosnedra proposes Rosneft and Gazprom to unite to develop Arctic technologies

The Federal Subsoil Use Agency has proposed to combine efforts of Rosneft and Gazprom to develop equipment for the development of the Arctic fields, deputy head of Rosnedra, Orest Kasparov said at the roundtable.
