Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant launches bitumen unit at a cost of 2.5 billion rubles

The Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant (NZNP) has launched a bitumen unit at a cost of 2.5 billion rubles, the Deputy Governor of the Rostov region Alexander Grebenshikov reported.

According to the information, posted on the website of NZNP, the complex was made in conjunction with the Austrian company Perner and the Russian firm PSK Petrochem. The contractor for the construction was SMU Yug Rusi, and the subcontractor - Southern assembly company. The unit construction was carried out from 2010, its capacity will be 700 thousand tons per year.
