On October 24, UkrTransNafta and Rosneft to discuss launch of the Lisichansk refinery

On October 24, UkrTransNafta will hold negotiations with Rosneft on launch of the Lisichansk refinery, which has being stood idle from the spring of 2012.
Rosneft received the Lisichansk refinery in the Lugansk region together with other Ukrainian assets of BP-TNK.
