The Board of Directors of KTK to approve the attraction of 5-year credits from Alfa-bank at 5 bln roubles

The Board of directors of the “Kuzbass fuel company” (KTK), one of the largest producers of steam coal in the Russian Federation, has approved the attraction of credits from Alfa-bank at up to 5 billon roubles during the meeting on October 22nd, is said in a statement.
Under the contract the credits are granted for a period not more than 5 years and they are to be redeemed not later than April 1, 2019. An annual interest rate makes up 10%.
