Restrictions of diesel fuel supplies to the Ukraine by Russia may lead to adjustment of prices

The Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of the Russian Federation has limited the supply of diesel fuel in the Ukraine, the letters of Rosneft to Ukrainian consumers report. This limitation can cause a temporary "raw discomfort" and correction of prices, market expert Sergei Kuiun thinks.

The letters, in particular, say: "The customs authority refused to issue a declaration (for the shipment of fuel, supplied to the Ukrainian counterpart) and sent a request for authorization to the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control. In addition, on September 9, 2015, the Service sent a notice to Rosneft on introduction of the licensing of the export of fuel and lubricants in the Ukraine, in particular, in terms of diesel fuel".
