Rosneft hopes to agree with Gazprom on gaining the access to the Sakhalin gas transport system (GTS) in pretrial form by the end of the year, Vice-President of Rosneft, V. Rusakova said.
Mr. Miller met with I. Sechin at the presence of the Minister of Energy, A. Novak. They agreed upon the access to the pipe. Now these agreements are being formalized. It was in July. By the end of the year they will finally settle this issue. Meanwhile it is not critical for the project, she said.
