The RF Ministry of Energy: the sanctions not to affect the expansion of the oil supplies from Russia to China.

According to Kirill Molodtsov, Russia observes no risks or dangers that the plans to expand the capacity of the ESPO and the production of oil from the fields in the area of the "Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean" oil pipeline will be implemented in time.

The Western sanctions will have no impact on plans to expand the capacity of the oil pipeline "Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean" to 80 million tons of oil per year to increase the supply of oil to China in 2020, the Deputy Energy Minister stated.
