Exxon Neftegas: We are not going to leave Sakhalin-1 because of sanctions

Exxon Neftegas, the Russian subsidiary of Exxon, intends to remain in the project of Sakhalin-1 PSA, a source in the company said on the margins of the conference "Oil and Gas of Sakhalin-2014".

"The Sakhalin project is not a deep-sea drilling and isn’t a part of geological exploration or production of unconventional, shale resources. We are interested in staying here and are not going away," - he said.
