The Ukrainian Government has refinanced the debts of Naftogaz Ukraine for $600 million

The Ukrainian Government has decided to refinance the debts of Naftogaz Ukraine for $600 million (4.8 billion grivnas). In order to optimize the payments of the company on the raising of credit funds, first of all, from the state Otschad Bank (Sberbank), the Cabinet of Ministers decided to issue interest registered secured bonds for 4.8 billion grivnas, with circulation period of 3 years, and interest rate is 14.3% per annum; revenue is paid once per quarter.
