Owners of licenses for two oil sites in the Tomsk region are determined

Tomskaya neft and Gazpromenft-Vostok have been acknowledged as the winners of auctions for the right to use subsoil of the Soboliny and South-Pudinsky sites in the Tomsk region, the NIA Tomsk reports.
Tomskaya neft and Aganneftegazgeologia (Russneft owns 96.56% of it) claimed for the Soboliny site. Tomskaya neft became the winner of the auction – it offered 401.5 million rubles for the site (the initial payment was 365 million rubles).
