Hillmen Inc. has appealed to court against Lukoil’s US subsidiary due to franchise

The American company Hillmen Inc. has appealed to the Federal Court of Pensylvania against Lukoil North America LLC, being dissatisfied with its franchising policy. In 2007, Hillmen and Lukoil’s subsidiary closed for 3 years the franchising agreement that was further prolonged in 2010 and 2013. Under this contract, the American company was to buy fuel and other products only from the Lukoil’s structure.
