Belneftekhim to try to independently distribute Russian fuel instead of to return it to Russia

Belarus and speculative dealers have been due in no small part to the increase of Russian wholesale gasoline prices. The Deputy Head of the Ministry of Energy, Kirill Molodtsov is discontented as Belarus complies with its obligations. The company Belneftekhim tries to independently distribute Russian fuel, received at Belarusian refineries, and leaves it in its own country, instead of returning it to Russia. In general, the Ministry of Energy considers that the situation on the oil product market is beginning to stabilize.
