In 2013, Rosneft to increase gas production by 6.3% taking into account consolidation with other companies

In 2013, Rosneft plans to increase the consolidated production of natural gas to 41 billion cubic meters, a representative of the company reported to the ITAR-TASS. The growth will make up 6.3% as compared with the total production of natural gas at the fields of Rosneft, BP-TNK and Itera in 2012.

According to the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector, in 2012, Rosneft’s production of natural gas made up 12.597 billion cubic meters, and BP-TNK – 13.19 billion cubic meters. According to the company, the Itera’s production was 12.8 billion cubic meters in the previous year.
