RD KMG withdrew from membership of KING

“Razvedka Dobycha KazMunaiGas” (RD KMG) has withdrawn its membership of “Kazakh Oil and Gas Institute” (KING) by selling its 1.7% package of shares of 154,566 to KazMunaiGas JSC. The press service of RD KMG reports.
The deal was approved by the company’s management decision as of May 28th 201.
The amount of the deal is 154.5 mln tenge ($0.8 mln.) The realization of the stake in this project corresponds to the strategy of RD KMG in the part of the company’s leaving its non-core assets.
