New wastes classification catalog not to give any advantages to oil companies

From August 1st a new federal catalog of wastes classification is introduced in Russia. Will it ease the life of the oil production companies? How will the work with wastes change? The head of the ecology department of “Lukoil- West Siberia” Ltd, A. Bezdenezhnykh, was interviewed by the Agency of the Oil and Gas Information. “It is impossible to say that from August 1st it will be easier and more effectively to work for the oil production companies. We will have to reissue again the documents that we already have”, Mr. Bezdenezhnykh said.
In fact nothing has changed. These is only one figure omitted in the passport code. The passport issue procedure is the same.
