Lukoil’s Board of Directors approves new composition of the Management of 14 people

During the meeting on Tuesday, the Board of Directors of the largest Russian private oil company Lukoil approved the new composition of the Management, which decreased to 14 people; the Vice President on Oil and Gas Production, Azat Shamsuarov became its new member, the company reports.

The Management includes 14 persons; Shamsuarov replaced the Vice President on General Issues, Corporate Security and Communication, Anatoly Barkov. At the end of May, the Vice President on Strategic Development, Leonid Fedun left the Management and was elected to new Board of Directors in June.
