Eduard Khudainatov may leave Rosneft in August

A new wave of consolidation awaits  Russian oil companies. As the Kommersnat has got to know, the First Vice President of Rosneft and the closest associate of the company’s President Igor Sechin, Eduard Khudainatov may leave the company and head a private structure, which will unite some of the small oil assets, remaining in the market.

One of the first acquisitions may become the oil company Dulisma, which belongs to Yuri and Alexei Khotin, as well as other independent players – in the first place, is connected with the ESPO oil pipeline. In the future, the new company is going to buy fields in Russia and abroad.
