“Rusal Achinsk” to appeal the decision of the Court on collection of 408 mln roubles

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, in 2014 “Rusal Achinsk” polluted over 10 ha of agricultural lands by process water that leaked outside the border of the object of waste collection due to the absence of waterlight film at one of the sludge ponds. “Rusal Achinsk clay plant” OJSC plans to appeal the decision of the Court on the collection of 408 mln roubles for land pollution in the Krasnoyarsk region as this amount is considered to be very high.
