Russia threatens the USA with the intention to extract oil at Cuba

Russia is going to participate in deep-water oil prospecting between Cuba and the American state of Florida threatening the USA with possible oil leakage that could become the reason for an environmental catastrophe.

Last year Rosneft and Zarubezhneft agreed with Cuba about oil exploration at the Cuba coast. Within the agreement, Rosneft will also build the base for their staff and the drilling equipment in the port of Mariel, a pipeline network and a helicopter site.
