The Ukraine not to buy African coal this year

The Ukraine won’t buy anthracite coal in South Africa this year. This was stated by the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Nasalik.
"This year, we won’t buy for a while, on the basis of the conditions and possibilities that we have. We can not buy this incomprehensible coal from South Africa, which was delivered to us,"- said I. Nasalik.
