Gas reserves at the Ukraine’s underground gas storages rose to 9 bln cubic m

​As of May 22nd 2016 the Ukraine increased gas reserves at its underground gas storages by 6.45% or by 544.9 mln cubic m to 8,981.91 mln cubic m, GSE reports.

The underground gas storages of Ukrtransgas are loaded by 29.02%.

On May 15-22 gas reserves at the underground gas storages grew by 0.63% or 56.65 mln cubic m.

On May 22nd 2015 there were 9,610.98 mln cubic m of gas at the Ukraine’s underground gas storages, by 6.45% or 629.07 mln cubic m more than on May 22nd 2016.

Gas reserves at the underground gas storages of Ukrtransgas at the start of the gas loading season – April 7th – made up 8,43.52 mln cubic m, by 10.88% or 828.5 mln cubic m more than on April 10th 2015 (7,609.17 mln cubic m) when Ukrtransgas started the gas loading season into the underground gas storages in the framework of preparation for winter 2015-2016.

The Ukraine plans to load 8.2 bln cubic m of gas before the winter 2016-2017.
