Measures of production stimulation must precede privatization of Rosneft

The further privatization of Rosneft must be preceded by measures of the Russian Authorities on production stimulation, which will increase capitalization, the President of the largest Russian oil company, Igor Sechin thinks.
“I have said already that we will fulfill any order; if the Government decides that we must sell now and we are entrusted to do it, we will support these processes and provide the most efficient sale, giving positive information; and maybe we will advice participants of the market, who know the potential of Rosneft well,” – he said to journalists.
