Gazprom has not made the decision about offshore part of South Stream

The Deputy Chairman of Gazprom V. Markelov says that Gazprom has not made the decision about the offshore part of South Stream that will be laid via the Black Sea bottom avoiding the territory of the Ukraine.
Now they perform the preparatory work. Yesterday the company consulted with pipe producers about pipe supplying for onshore and offshore parts. Today it’s going to hold a session about realization of the project.
