Liberalization of LNG exports, the reassessment of the resource base and the consideration of possible discoveries will increase the value of Rosneft during its privatization, the Head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin reported.
He said, if the government decides to sell the shareholding of the company, the efficiency of the sale can be determined only by stimulating measures (benefits) at shelf projects and projects with problematic reserves.
