To date, Rosneft can expect to receive money from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) for 5 of the 28 announced projects, the Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev says.
"Now we selected five of them (28 in total). We understand that these projects can be invested by the NWF," - he said.
