By results of 2013, Irkutskenergo to pay dividends in the amount of 1.954 million rubles

Irkutskenergo intends to pay 1.954 million rubles as dividends by results of 2013.
The company’s Board of Directors has recommended to the annual meeting of shareholders to distribute the company’s net profit-2013 under RAS in the amount of 9.681 billion rubles in the following way: 1.954 billion rubles for dividends (0.41 rubles per ordinary share), 325.780 million rubles for investments and 186 million rubles for social events.
