Up to this point, it was unclear why the EU, that gets a third of its gas, does not invest in the pipeline. And now, thanks to the fact of anarchy in Ukraine, the United States has the opportunity to get pipeline FREE, only in exchange for some personal services. Meanwhile, as it was already mentioned, 30 % of Russian gas exports to Europe are flagged for this control.
