Lukoil offers to Iraq to place oil for refining at its Sicilian oil refinery instead of construction of a new oil refinery in Iraq, the President of the company V. Alekperov says. The Iraqi side suffers from oil products deficiency. One of the variants, in his opinion, it replacement of construction of a new large oil refinery in Iraq with participation in Lukoil’s oil refinery via oil supplies that Iraq exports now via Kirkuruk to the Mediterranean Sea. Now the Iraqi Government is going to build own oil refinery.
