Lukoil again has problems with the Bulgarian Authorities. This time a conflict blazed up with the Customs agency, which revoked a license for fuel storage at the Burgas refinery’s from the Russian company because of oil products counters. This threatens to stop the refinery in the near future. Experts think that claims to Lukoil are connected with political strife on the domestic scene, as in summer of 2011. The company calls the happening situation “arbitrary rule” and intends to clear up it in a dialogue with the Government of Bulgaria.
