On April 30, the Gazprom’s Board of Directors will discuss purchase of a share in Gazprom Resource Nortgaz by the company Gazprom dobycha Urengoy.
In March, the Federal Antimonopoly Service granted a request of Gazprom dobycha Urengoy on the creation of Gazprom Resource Nortgaz by contributing of the Gazprom’s share in Nortgaz in the amount of 51% to the authorized share capital of the new company.
