Akim of the Pavlodar region to ask to limit import of Russian fuels and lubricants because of overstock of the Pavlodar petrochemical plant

On Tuesday, the Akim of the Pavlodar region Erlan Aryn asked the Head of the Kazakh Government Serik Akhmetov to limit import of Russian light oil products because of the overstock of the Pavlodar petrochemical plant (Pavlodar refinery) and to permit Pavlodar refinery to export oil products.
