They produced 4.1 tons of gold in Chukotka in Jan-February, 2016

The subsoil users of the Chukotka Autonomous Region produced 4.1 tons of gold, in January-February 2016. It is by 21% less the figures of the same period last year. The production volume of silver amounted to 24 tons (+8% against the previous year).
Five companies carry out gold ore production on the territory of the region, according to the Department of Industrial and Agricultural Policy of the Chukotka Autonomous Region.
