Reserves of Sarikamysh are estimated at 15 billion cubic meters of gas, they to be enough for Tajikistan during 50 years

Sarikamysh field, which is developed by Gazprom in Tajikistan, will provide the country with natural gas during 50 years, Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan Igor Lyakin-Frolov reported on Wednesday.

“Preliminary reserves of natural gas at the Sarikamysh field are estimated at 18 billion cubic meters of gas that will provide Tajikistan with natural gas during 50 years,” – the diplomat said at the conference “Russian-Tajik business dialogue” in Dushanbe.
