Rosneft has announced it is ready to kcontinue operations at the “Universitteskaya-1” within the framework of the Kara Sea without the help of ExxonMobil. This announcement was made by the deputy head of the department for ecology safety of Rosneft, O.Sochnev within the framework of a round table.
