The RF Ministry of Energy remembers about the fuel guarantees.

It asks "Gazprom" to purchase gasoline abroad.

As "the Kommersant" informs on the background of the problems in the domestic gasoline market the RF Ministry of Energy has tried for the first time to adopt tough new measures to ensure the country with fuel. The idea is to oblige the oil companies to buy gasoline abroad in case of deficiency. Formally, such orders are tied to the fulfillment of obligations under the agreements to modernize the oil refineries. While only "Gazprom" got the prescription - and only 20 thousand tons per month. The industry offers a quick improvement of the fuel situation, so that the new instrument is unlikely to be actively used. But in 2015 it can be used in case of problems after the prohibition on the use of the "Euro-3"gasoline.
