Lukoil decides to apply for money from the National Wealth Fund

Lukoil plans to apply for money to the National Welfare Fund, vice president of the company, Leonid Fedun said to reporters on the margins of the National Oil and Gas Forum that takes place in Moscow. "Yes, if all apply, then we will," - he said, without specifying the sum.

So far, applications for money of the NWF were filed only by Novatek and Rosneft. At the same time, the Ministry of Energy has approved the Rosneft’s application already and sent the document to the Ministry of Economic Development. The Deputy Minister of Energy, Kirill Molodtsov refused to disclose the amount of the application, he noted that it included funds for the construction of the Eastern Petrochemical Complex (VNHK), as well as the investment program of the company, approved by the Government.
