The Union Council of Ministers has approved indicative balances of fuel and energy resources for 2015. The balances were approved for a year.

"It is envisaged that Belarus will receive 23 million tons, including 22 million tons via pipelines," - a representative of the Belarusian Council of Ministers commented. Accordingly, Belarus will supply to Russia oil products in the agreed amount. “And all the pricing principles will be market," - he said.

According to a representative of the Council of Ministers, if Belarus deviates by more than 10% of the volume of gasoline deliveries to the Russian market, the parties shall enter into consultations, and have the right to adjust the supply of Russian oil.
