Is Russia going to join Azerbaijani project of Absheron?

The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources awaits Rosneft’s proposals on the issue of Caspian sites distribution, the Head of the Ministry Sergei Dosnkoy reported to journalists.
As the AZE.as transmits, Rosneft is likely to be going to make the first step in the passing move “Rosneft joins the Absheron project”.
The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources doesn’t rule out possibility that Rosneft may fill applications for development of sites in the Caspian Sea.
