The Ministry of Natural Resources expects that Bashneft will fulfill the seismic works at Trebs and Titov deposits to introduce changes to the license, the Minister Sergey Donskoy said on Tuesday.
In the middle of June it was reported that the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Use made the enquiry and found out that Bashneft hadn’t fulfilled 2D seismic exploration at Trebs and Titov, though it fulfilled the more advanced and informative 3D.
The Head of Bashneft, Alexander Korsik noted then, the company was ready to conduct 2D seismic exploration according to the licensed liabilities and the state demands even though it would not bring any new geological information.
