In January-August, Russia decreased oil export by 1.7% to 155.6 million tons

In January-August of 2013, the oil export from the Russian Federation reduced by 1.7% as compared with the same period of the previous year to 155.6 million tons, the Russian Statistics Committee reports.

In the first eight months of the current year, the share of oil in the total volume of the Russian export made up 33.2%, and in the export of fuel and energy goods – 46.7% (in January-August of 2012 – 34.9% and 49.5% respectively).
